Neighborhood Housing Partnership is expanding outreach to homeowners experiencing the stress of the current mortgage crisis with new group workshops. These informative and interactive sessions provide immediate assistance to concerned homeowners in Clark, Champaign, Logan, and Greene counties. Participants will learn: how the foreclosure process works in the State of Ohio; how to work with lenders and understand workout options; and what local resources are available. Homeowners will also be given the opportunity to schedule a one-on-one appointment with a housing counselor.
FREE bi-weekly workshops are available on Thursday evenings from 6-7:30 pm at Commerce Pointe, 20 S. Limestone St., Downtown Springfield. Next workshop is May 13th! Please call NHP @ (937) 322-4623 to register as seating is limited.
