A special Field Day open to the public is planned for Saturday, June 2nd from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on George Allen Drive in the new Vienna Woods subdivision at private Lake Sylvan just off I-70 and near Route 40 in South Vienna.

Area vendors will be on site at the Field Day for consumers to explore energy efficient products for their homes, new construction techniques, and to learn more about the process of building a new home. Ron Denney of RealLiving Realty Services will be on site to discuss building lots and building as a process. Steve Miller of Steve Miller Construction will be on site for tours of two beautiful upscale lake front spec homes, one near completion and the other under roof. Additional vendors will include a local mortgage company, Danco Geothermal Systems, Water Furnace, Harold Williams Custom Homes, Jeff Knapp Real Living Mortgage, Superior Walls and more. Vendor booths will be located in the garage of the two spec homes. Refreshments will be made available by M & M Development.

Interested attendees may park in the designated lots at the end of George Allen Drive, and if it is wet outside, along designated sections of the paved road. Parking and the event are free to the public.

Vienna Woods adjacent to Lake Sylvan are near Springfield, and half way between Columbus and Dayton. The lake offers great fishing, water sports and gorgeous views for all seasons. There are also building lots available off of the lake. However, all building must pass the covenants outlined and all plans must meet the developer’s requirements.
