Americans for Affordable Healthcare will be sponsoring an open forum for Springfield area residents to learn more about the new Community Care Private Health Care Center. Center will be opening in October 2008 on the 1st floor of the Bushnell Building. All services received at this location will be at no additional charge to members. Services include doctor visits, some medications, lab work and testing.

Forum will take place on Thursday, Sept 25th at 6 pm in the Banquet Center of the Bushnell Building in Downtown Springfield. Free parking is available in the Bushnell Garage. Appetizers and refreshments will be served.
