Circle of Friends Fundraiser Celebration
If you want to get to know Amy Grant, all you have to do is listen to her songs. Throughout the course of her 25 year career, Amy has used her music to share her life and faith. The Christian and pop icon was discovered at age seventeen while she worked part-time sweeping floors and demagnetizing tapes in a Nashville recording studio. Her multi-platinum album Heart in Motion made Amy a mainstream pop star and the song “Baby, Baby” was the first “Christian” music song to reach the coveted number one spot on Billboard’s chart. Please join us as we welcome Amy Grant to Springfield for a wonderful Circle of Friends Fundraiser concert benefiting the Clark State Performing Arts Center community outreach and education programs. Amy will perform her adult contemporary hits. Proceeds from this Circle of Friends Fundraiser Celebration benefit Project Jericho, the Center's endowment, and the future PAC Expansion Project.
