Shades of Time - A Solo Exhibition at Glen Helen Gallery

Drue Emerson Roberts’ latest solo exhibition opening on Wednesday, March 1, 2006 at Glen Helen Gallery in the Glen Helen Building is a culmination of a series of environmentally themed images begun several years ago. Mr. Roberts is an environmental geologist with an international engineering firm whose travels have taken him throughout the United States investigating and assessing areas contaminated by hazardous waste. His professional work often is reflected in his artwork in ways that can range from serene to startling. Mr. Roberts has been gradually building his art career and has exhibited in Santa Fe, NM at the Copper Fetish Gallery (now defunct), One Dayton Center and the John Bryan Community Gallery; and his works are also in private collections throughout the United States.
Glen Helen Gallery is open Monday-Friday 9:30 am-4:30 pm, Saturday and Sunday 10 am-4:00 pm.
